after all day in front of computer my back hurts some times. I found that exercising Five Tibetans is pretty helpful. Each Tibetan you can do maximum 21 times. Its interesting observe in which Tibetan you are getting better. Likeness of Tibetan also change and now my most favorite is Tibetan number 4.
But sometime I am too lazy 😛 Why I am making this post? It will be something like commitment for me to start exercise again.
