Hi all,

Dream, why to have dreams? It is useless because more than 3/4 of your dreams will never come true!

So why bother? I would like to have house, eco house. With solar panels, heat pumps, water recycling etc…. And NOTHING, NADA, WALA, RIEN. My salary is quite good but if you have wife and you want kids..its not enough for all of them, plus to have mortgage. This is how todays world working and its ugly. We are slaves of our countries and obviously people are ok with it.

Not me! I want to change it but how? I dont know, and that pissing me off big time!

Hi all,

today it will be short. I am depressed from the situation around me. If you want house or land, you can’t get enough money in Czech Republic even if I have more than average salary in capital city. You just can’t save those money…Sure you can always have mortgage but you also need to have some money cause you can’t get 100% mortgage with good APR.

It feels like vicious circle. If you don’t have wealthy parents or good inheritance you are screwed! So welcome to great ass Czech Republic.
